I’m reaching out because my account was recently banned after my friend accidentally appeared on my live stream. She is also a model, and I understand that this goes against the site’s rules. Both of us take full responsibility, but it truly happened by accident - there was no intention to break the guidelines.
I’ve already contacted support several times, but I keep receiving prewritten, automated replies. I also tried submitting an appeal, but it didn’t help - it feels like no one is reviewing my situation individually, and my case just falls under a general ban rule.
