My account was suspended about 20 days ago, and since then I have not received any clear explanation about the reason for the suspension. I have contacted support multiple times, but I still don't know if my account will be reinstated, when I will be be able to stream again, or what steps I need to take.
What worries me the most is that I had a token balance in the account before the suspension. So far, I have not received any information about when those earnings will be paid out or what will happen to them.
