Just today I've got a valued customer who purchased my Video via PM Message.
He complaint that the video could only view ONCE! whereby he expect the video to be there as long as in the PM message.
However, the deal was done couple hours ago, whereby the refund button is not longer there for such action to be done.
Question & Concerns
1. Would like to clarify that user who purchased the video can only view once, whatever sold to its user?
2. Normally the refund button will stay how long before its disappear? grace period of refund
3. Due to i unable to make a refund to its user, the user said he will report me about it. Shall I worried?
Disclaimer - not that i dont want to refund, the button is no longer there to do so.
