I was going to post a list/screenshots of the gazillions of guys who have approached me that way, but then I remembered I block them and they aren't there anymore :lol:
Just to expand on what I said earlier- I don't and would not agree to meet or go to prom with someone who approached me like that. Twitter spammers deserve nothing but lumps of coal. But if it was the neighbour kid or a parent's friend's kid or something then I might do it to be nice I mean I am still 19, lots of people graduate when they're 19. And I wouldnt publicize it seems like the poor little weirdo needed some attention.

I always laugh my ass off at those guys. My puppy understands to stop doing an action when he gets a negative response more than two times but for whatever reason these guys are more stupid than a 12 week old puppy and keep going 5000000 more times. :lol: Maybe it's time to pull out the squirt bottle.

Since when do prom dates have to be okay-ed? I took the 24yr old, minimal English speaking Vietnamese dude who did my nails that morning to my Senior year homecoming (because my initial date bailed without notice). No one said a thing.

Some schools are really weird about that. My high school boyfriend was a senior when I was a freshman, and after he graduated, I was no longer allowed to bring him to school dances, because "dates had to be high school students." This was selectively enforced though. It wasn't really a big deal to me but I always thought that was a stupid rule, it's not like he was some way older creep.

I recall a string of stories a while back that were all pretty much "Gay highschooler and 50-year-old boyfriend will not be allowed to prom".

And Imma say - I agree with this. Not that it has anything to do with the gay status, but high school isn't college or a club. I don't want to be the administrator that has to deal with hundreds of angry parents after I allow a student to take a pornstar or AARP member to the winter formal. It's an event made for young students and I don't see a reason why tickets shouldn't be limited to other students. It's supposed to be a stupid school dance where you take pictures, not a political statement.
