Private show recordings not recieved

Hi, I had 2 private shows on my account "pishkolero23" with the model "natasha_luna_"between the 22nd and 23rd of august around midnight (00:00 CEST, UTC+2). Sadly, there don't seem to be any recordings of the shows in my collection while it was stated that I would recieve a recording. It's not the first time I've had a private show with this model and there is always a recording of it in my collection. I also had a few shows afterwards which also appear in my collection. I have already sent a message to the support team but there doesn't seem to be an answer. Could you please add the recordings to my collection? This might have been the best shows I have ever had and I would love to have them in mu collection. Greetings, pishkolero23
