Problem streaming with one model

I know a model which I go to and she needs help with her streaming each time she logs on it buffers for a long time that she quits and go back home and she is losing a lot of income from it and she has said she may close her account if is not resolved and she streams from a studio so can anyone help her resolve her issue she is a Colombian model so she asked me for help

Her studio should help her resolve it. Is she using the browser to broadcast or obs? Does the problem happen on both?

It’s like it jitters and buffers and she gave an image on status whenever she online I think it’s Spanish word but it happens all the time it pauses and little blocks come up then works fine then it jitters and goes slow

Can anyone help resolve the issue

You don't have the knowledge to help in this scenario, send the model to us with way more details on the broadcasting method and how its configured and maybe we can help. This is normally the studios job though.

This makes no sense if a studio model is asking OP to help her resolve a tech issue.
Studio would be losing much more money than the model if unable to broadcast due to connection problems.

We'd need to know all kinds of information to get to the bottom of it. Baja is the equivalent of "poor" which is the middle ground between the best and worst quality broadcast. I've had that happen when someone would flood my chat with 1 token tips for example because it pulls harder on my internet connection and hardware lol. But it could be a million things causing it. Her hardware or software could be having an issue. It could be something to do with her camera settings. It could be her internet connection or maybe a bad stream key. Literally anything, that's why just knowing she's in a studio isnt enough.

Send the model to this forum. Why do we want to go through you? If you know less than the model about the subject and you can't help enhance the communication in anyway since you don't speak their language why not just send her directly?

Yeah, the last guy on here I told “You should suggest the model join this forum, so we can talk to her directly” (which was just the other day)…I/we didn’t hear from him after that. Lol. That’s usually how it goes…..
