Problem with Gifs

As of yesterday I can no longer post or see gifs, all I can see is the text. I got this "This message was rejected due to ChaturSafe filter." yesterday too. . I checked settings and the Chatursafe Filter is not turned on.

I can't see the gifs on my screen, but other people can see them, totally weird.
