Problems receiving an e-mails

I do not receive any e-mails from Stripchat, somehow. I was about to update my payment information, but, no mail was received. I thought, what if I will change my e-mail, but, it says, that I have to check my old e-mail to change it.

Please tell me what actions should I do, in case to change my e-mail. (I've tried to make a support ticket, but, no mail was received, either)

Spam folder checked BTW - empty, though my model account name - finland_max_dex
