Hi, just a heads up. It is important to know that the appeal process doesn't take place here in the forum. The rep is the only one working for CB here, but they don't have anything to do with the review or the final decision support makes about any case.

Their only functions here are to notify you if they received your message, when your case is set to be reviewed, or if support has already sent you a response. They won't be able to discuss your friend's account with you even if you think it's related.

Since you both were streaming that day, I suppose she streamed with you just for a little bit(?). My guess is that her suspension might not be related to appearing in your stream, but rather to the system misidentifying her in her own room. It's not unheard of for the AI to decide one day that you're not you. Fortunately, it seems that most of the time situations like this end with a positive outcome--though it sometimes may take a while.

She wasn't streaming in her room. She was verified in my account and had her own. I verified her on my acc and we did a couple show on MY account. I have no idea whatsoever why chaturbate banned her acc when nothing was even happening over there. Their whack ass AI

Maybe because she was active on my stream? I am not verified on her acc and I won't be because she works w a studio and I am indie. It shouldn't matter anyways as we were both verified in my account and I can vouch she wasn't logged in her account as she was here in my room with me.

She blocked our country. Her username is correct, for some reason I can't find her on cbhours but I trust you. Cb has gotta to be less anal about this. We were both verified models. She was verified in my account too (which where the streaming happened). Ain't no way in hell I am sending my docs to her studio.

You are forgetting about the guest performer feature, you do not need to add your ID to the studio account.

And no, I won't be sending my documents to verify in her account since we never stream there and her studio is run by scummy russians that fled Rússia to pimp south american women in person.

Its not your account, the issue has nothing to do with your account, she was 100% for sure broadcasting on sally_diaz on that day. The real question is why was she flagged on her own account as an unverified broadcaster? Who knows but thats what she is going to have to address, you are only going to slow things down by insisting that the issue is from your account.\

Edit: UPDATE: i got it, sally_diaz was broadcasting, she thought she stopped the stream but something else happened and the next girl thats supposed to work at the studio in that room showed up, she is also wearing blue but she is not as skinny as sally_diaz and she doesnt wear glasses. So this issue is unrelated to you and something sally_diaz and her studio need to address.

Its not your account, the issue has nothing to do with your account, she was 100% for sure broadcasting on sally_diaz on that day. 2. The studio is broadcasting using a recording.

I can definitely see that sally_diaz was working and that another model also wearing blue showed up at the end of the broadcast, it is not an AI mistake.

I was wearing Black. She was wearing blue. She had glasses. This all happened on my stream (account). Any chances cb might show her acc as active because she was working on MY acc? Can you provide me with proof so I send it to her studio if they are playing both of us please? Now they want me to submit my info and no way in hell I am doing it. Unless chaturbate says so and I will ask staff to manually add it themselves. I don't want weird foreiginers knowing where I live.

Mine wasn't and quite frankly I think it is aside for cb make me me do it. All the paer work was fine on my account, my ID and hers (which is where the sctual stream happened). They have so much more stuff to worry than 2 girls doing honest money.

@cbhours kindly showed me proof her account ban had nothing to do with me or our collab. Her studio fucked up. Thank you guys for your time. I feel relieved knowing it wasn't my fault as she has been a longtime friend for years now whom I dearly love.
