Purchased tokens and can't tip!

I just bought tokens on my account and cannot tip. It says to contact support so I'm doing all that I can, I'm frustrated as I've just spent money and it seems for no reason. My user is @onewishwillow if you can provide any assistance that would be greatly appreciated.
