Question about replacing documents.

Hello! Very soon I will turn 20 years old and according to the laws of Ru federation I must get a new passport. I don’t know how, after receiving the documents, I can provide their chat to the old account.

I asked support, but they responded with an auto message and I didn’t understand anything. Please tell me how I can update (do I need to update) my passport details as soon as I receive a new passport?

Is there an expiration date on the passport you submitted for the verification process? If so, when that date is within 30 days of expiry you'll get a warning that you need to upload new documents. This is when you would upload the new passport information. Does that make sense?

Passports do not have an expiration date (they are not indicated in the passport). Russian laws have a rule to receive a new passport at 20/40, etc.

If cb support asks for a passport in some discussion, then I will not be able to provide the old passport as it is taken away when receiving a new one
