I submitted my ID for account verification and the system confirmed that it was successfully uploaded. It then instructed me to wait for the result. After about a day, I received an email stating that my ID had been processed and that I should check my account status.
When I checked my account, it showed that I am banned.
I’m not sure why this happened, as I followed all the verification steps correctly.
Could someone please review this issue or advise me on what to do next?
