My Account was BANNED!!!

First of all, I apologize for the inconvenience, but I hope you can help me.

I've been watching the cams for many years, and I've always wanted to start broadcasting. So this month, I created a new email and a new Chaturbate account (sattyoficial) to start streaming. When it came time to complete the verification, I tried to do it using a photo of my ID instead of holding the physical document, as I didn’t have it with me at the time. Because of that, my account was banned.

After that, I created another account (sattyofficial) using the same email, and this time I went through the verification process again—this time correctly, with the physical ID in hand. However, I was banned again, even though I followed all the steps properly. I believe the issue might be related to the email, right?

Anyway, I kindly ask and truly hope you can help me—whether by unbanning the two accounts, unblocking the email, or deleting all the existing registrations so I can start over from scratch. I’ve always respected the rules, and I’m really sorry about all of this.

You tried to do it with a photo of your ID how exactly, like an obvious photo printed on paper that can't possibly mistaken for an attempt at fraud or you printed it cut it out like a real ID and tried to do it with that?

Its not an email issue it's that you are banned from your first attempt and everything after that is going to be immediately banned until the first ban is resolved.
