Reconsideration ban on chaturbate

Hello @punker barbie IMG_2210.png my username is velvetxxvice yesterday I was banned on chaturbate I already sent an email but I still have not received an answer, the truth is I am sorry and I regret my actions, I only ask you to give me a second chance since chaturbate is my source of income, I had never been banned before and I hope my message can serve to restore my account and thus continue working for the platform in a formal way and with good conduct and discipline, thank you very much!
 
@velvetxxvice I believe it takes a minimum of 30 days from the date of your ban before they start checking your email. Wait after the 30 days have passed, send an email, scroll down the auto reply email and click no on the bottom at the bottom and even then it'll take an extra week. If it's your first ban they usually will allow you return after you apologize. Make sure to attach your ticket number though to help @punker barbie

It's not a rumor. I've had tickets responded in 24 hrs and others a week. But definetely for those who I've taked to who've been banned it's usually a month+ before they get a reply from support.

It's a month because they keep sending more emails to support after being told NOT to send anything else and to wait for a reply from support. I've read a lot of these threads, seen hundreds of them resolved and your information simply does not check out. Stop scaring people with this bullcrap.

You've already proven to be an unreliable narrator in at least one of your threads.

Well if you want to get technical, yes it can be a month cuz the que for ban support tickets have multiple emails. But even then, I wouldn't past it for the company to have an actual time out period if you got banned so you can reflect and learn your lesson. If i get on my video game and get toxic i can get a chat ban for a week. Giving an estimated time frame isn't to scare them either idk how you got that out of it.

Because you're wrong. There may be punitive periods of time laid out for specific violations but not all of them. You're telling someone they may not get their account back for 30 days and you're wrong. Just flat out wrong.

Fortunately for you, however, CB will never confirm nor deny so I guess if you want to keep on keepin on with misinformation so be it. I just hope people on here will listen to people with model tags and not some rando dude who thinks they know everything.

If you want to point out that their is no specific time frame sure but you even admitted that its not discloused by them. So why is your answer more right then mine? I'm sharing an experience based off other models as well. Just because you have a model tag doesn't mean youre right about everything. Nor do you have to reply so rudely each time you disagree with me.

It's not rude. It's direct. You're new on this forum, you have zero credibility, the post you wrote about bans and violations has so much misinformation in it, that I pointed it out and you waffled back on with "yeah well maybe I don't know."

So let's stick to the tried and true:

I wrote a post sharing my experience and the experiece of others I've helped or talked to and you didn't like it. Thats fine. I never said everything I said is 100% true. I'm sharing my expereince and the experience I've gathered from others. That is kind of the point of a forum for community support. A direct answer wouldve been someting a long the line of "As this experience may be true for this user there is no direct time frame or possibility of an unban from support." Cuz again, nothing I've mentioned is to spread fear. I'm still amazed you came up with that. Anyways, take care.

If you were sharing your experiences you would have said something along the lines of:

"in my experience, some things took 24 hours and some took longer than that and have heard stories of it being 30 days." You didn't say that.

So let's trade stories:

I was banned for 9 days for uploading my new ID that I was told to upload after my original ID expired. I uploaded the new ID and thought everything was cool and caught an insta-ban. Thought okay, they'll review it and see that I did what was asked of me per their rules. Nothing happened and I had wrongfully assumed that there was a 10 day ban in effect and all would be well after that day. 11th day rolls around and I email them and they're like OH you're cool, here's all of the tokens you would have earned during that time period because they know they can't fix that aspect of the verification system for some reason and they just expect emails when it comes time to reverify. If I had only emailed them on the first day, it would have been resolved immediately.

Other things need to be investigated. Like fraud or asking for offline payments or mentioning other sites for live shows. THAT's the delay.

Do you realize saying it takes 30 days to get your account back could make someone suicidal? ESPECIALLY in the world we're living in now.
