I need your help to recover my Chaturbate account (Username: Velvetsugar3). I have contacted support multiple times but received no reply. My account is from 2015 and has a 10 year spotless record.
The Reason for the Ban: An automated system banned me due to a language misunderstanding. A user asked me if I liked minors. Since I am 38, I thought he meant guys younger than me (but of legal age) and I said yes. In Spanish it is normal to say "minors" to refer to someone younger than me.

No bad intention: It was a complete misunderstanding of the word's context.
I banned the user: He was making me uncomfortable, so I banned him from my room right before the system blocked my account.
Clean history: I have never broken the rules in over 10 years.
