I appreciate you probably get many requests so I apologise for adding to the workload! I have raised a request with support but I know it can take some time to receive a response so I thought I'd try my luck here.
First off, my username is fozzybear123 on CB. My account was banned earlier after a pvt show with a model. Having looked through the terms of service I suspect I know why ("You will not engage in, solicit, or discuss gambling or other games of chance, including lotteries"), but I am looking to appeal that decision.
Myself and the model were just joking around and discussing what superpowers we would like, she said "The power to make lots of money.... or infinite luck" and I jokingly said that if she had infitinte luck she could just enter the lottery and then she would be able to make money too.
I appreciate now that this breaks the rule of discussing gambling which I can only apologise for and say that knowing this now I would never mention it again, but I think the context of the conversation is importand and clearly I was only joking about it in a hypothetical situation that is never going to materialise. It was just a throw away comment which I now understand is not accepted by the site, I was not genuinely attempting to encouraging gambling.
As a dedicated user of this site for many years, who has never been anything but respectful to all the models I've engaged with, I really hope that CB are able to resolve this situation and give me a second chance.
