There are no rules. Well they are they have just been broken alot and no one cares about it in my opinion.

There's a problem with rules;
We expect others to follow rules all the time.
We expect ourselves to only follow them when it's convenient.
(Have you been running late and gone over the speed limit because it was "important enough"? Or seen someone else do it and wished they'd slow down? And let's not even start on the MFC rules :lol: )
