SABOTAGE permanent account blocking review request

I hope you are well.

I respectfully contact you to request the review of the permanent block that was applied to my account. Unfortunately, I never received a clear explanation about the reason for the ban.

I recently checked my history in CB Hours and noticed that on a specific date 02/20/2026 a short transmission of approximately 3 to 6 minutes appears around 1:00 a.m. I want to clarify that this transmission was not made by me.

At that time I was no longer working in the studio where my account was previously managed, and I did not have access to it. For this reason, I am concerned that someone has been able to access my account without my authorization or that it is some kind of sabotage.

This situation causes me a lot of confusion, since I have always tried to comply with the rules of the platform and work professionally.

I would be very grateful if you could review the login activity and the IP addresses associated with my account at the time that transmission occurred, since this could help clarify that I was not the one who made that live.

If possible, I would greatly appreciate it if you could reconsider blocking my account. In case it is not possible to reactivate it, I would also like to know if there is any way to create a new account using my ID.
