It has a lot of potential. So far I'm enjoying it. A bit of a rip-off of Hung, though. :)

I didn't see hung, so maybe that's why I didn't catch it. I thought it was like Nip Tuck but with better acting.

I think it's good. In the beginning I was thinking "Hung" as well, but they're really not the same. Hung is/was also a really good show though :)

I'm a bit bothered about Adriana - on the other hand I see her as a strong, beautiful, cool woman, on the other she's really manipulative and I don't like the way she's forcing herself into Neils life and trying to get him to escort.

I think that is exactly how the producers want us to feel about her at this point!

Really? I think they want us to dislike her more than like her. I mean, she IS trying to force Neil into sex work (which he does want to do, as it seems) for her own gain. Plus, she definitely has a thing for him and is more or less trying to ruin his marriage even more. So I'm thinking she's a person we're supposed to dislike right now and that I'm just weird for kind of liking her.. If that made any sense.

Another thing I've been thinking about while watching is how controversial this show would be if the genders were swapped. Which makes me pissed actually. (I'm involved in an organisation for sex workers rights in my country, so these questions are close to my heart, hehe.)

How IS this show recieved in the US?
I live in Europe and it hasn't started airing here (not sure it ever will..)

I actually don't know anyone else watching it but me and my boyfriend. We like it a lot so far.

As far as the opinion on Adriana, I think the producers kind of want to give every character a feeling of neither being all good or all bad. I think they want you to see each person as a flawed and bent if not broken individual. So I think we were meant to like her at the beginning and slowly come to this place of being uncertain about her.

So is this the USA version of the Aussie show time series or a censored version?

NM, it's neither! hahaha!

Season finale was really lacking. I enjoyed the show, but I think Rush outshined it as far as USA primetime went. At least it left you wanting to see the next season.
