Self employed in UK as a cam girl

Ok, so im sure i should know this by now but im so confused,,
So, is it possible to put down as self employed as a cam girl to HM? Do i just say im a cam girl what shall i say and things.
I'm quite new to this as ive been living abroad for a few years and only just growing up
p.s is there also things for nails, lighting etc that i've heard about.
