I've been asked by 3 model friends of mine if I knew about [site name banned*9] and why they refuse to enforce takedown requests on their website.

Anyone ever have success getting something taken down? It's almost as if they are not bound by the laws of the internet like 99.9% of websites on the internet.

What laws of the internet??
There are MANY laws that regulate the use of the internet in the US and in most countries. It is usually the people who produce or use pirated content the ones who claim their actions are perfectly legal or that they are not breaking any laws. But this is bogus. The OP is referring to what is known as the DMCA act that regulates the use of copyrighted content online. If you reproduce, host, or use copyrighted material without the permission of the owner you are liable to a lawsuit in the United States. There are also many more laws that regulate the use of the internet:

The CAN-SPAM act against spammy emails.
The CFAA law against computer fraud.
The ECPA regarding privacy in online communications.
The ITERA act regarding identity theft.
And many others including several parts of the PATRIOT act.

Please don't spread misinformation and don't mock people for asking questions about this as this is a relevant subject for all camgirls and people who produce content online.

Now, regarding OPs question, the reason why [site name banned*9] doesnt comply with DMCA is because he is using a bulletproof server somewhere in eastern Europe that does not comply with US law. He is also from a different culture where people aren't used to abiding by the law or caring about it, so even if you manage to get a reply from the guy he will insult you and berate you and it is unlikely that he will remove anything unless you find a way to strong arm him into it.

In other words The internet itself has NO laws. There is only country specific rules and regulations regarding its usage mostly relating to copyright, spam, privacy, fraud , and pornography.

Has anyone been following the kimdotcom internet case? the U.S government is trying to have him extradited from New Zealand to the U.S to face charges , a country he's never even been to, along with seizing all his assets. Just because the servers of his megaupload service were based in the U.S

Completely justified. Kimdotcom was the piece of shit that made a fortune out of pirating other people's content and even paid users for how many downloads their files got, even when the files they were uploading were movies, he gave no fucks. So the US government used him to put his head on a pike and let everyone know that the internet is no Wild Wild West.

Even when he never set a foot in the US, most of the content that got shared on his platform was produced and owned by US citizens. That is the thing with piracy online, you don't have to actually go to someone's house and rob them, you can simply cannibalize their profits by sharing their content sometimes even before the premiere. They want to get him extradited because he has committed crimes against US companies and citizens and he should pay for it.

Perhaps the person at fault here would be the president of NZ (or is it a prime minister?) for letting a foreign country enter its borders and do what they did to one of their citizens. You can't even fault HK for not defending the interests of a foreigner.

No the case is far more complex than you make out. Just for starters alleged copyright infringement isn't even an extraditable offense.

Anyway I just mentioned it as its all back in court here in New Zealand From Monday onwards..but an interesting example how the U.S government has tried to put its laws onto a citizen of another country. It will be very interesting how it all turns out,.

He's never lived there
Never traveled there
Never owned a company there

Hey Sneeqie, any luck on taking the content down from [site name banned*9]? I have tried emailing them and their hosting provider but they have not replied. Novogara, their hosting provider, has a notice and takedown form but I am unable to complete it because I don't have a valid phone number. Would you like to give it a go?

Here's the link: http://novogara.com/

Hope you have good news.

Seems this is an issue with many people for months now, there's some content I've been trying to remove and no response. Is anyone thinking about pursuing legal action?

hello alltogether, the idea I have might be far fetched, but I would nevertheless like to suggest it and maybe discuss its feasibility.

those sites ([site name banned*9] and others) most definitely also host videos of minors, so couldn't them be reported as distributing such?
maybe the rights of minors is a stronger reason to go after those sites (for the police or other government agencies, for example)?

And the police will NOT act on information given if it does not directly involve you. As example some information came into my hands regarding a person who appeared to be clearly involved in sexual crimes against children. I contacted my local police and despite my very forward instance to record this and pass this info onto whoever needed they said as no crimes committed against me or my family there was nothing they could to do and told me to contact the website involved. Yes if I do that they will just delete the information and you can't act.

It's very frustrating when the Police say in public we are doing this and that to combat whatever yet in reality they are not acting on information given !!

btw, don't know if you knew, but once a video is uploaded not even the uploader can delete it again, it seems. it's like a honeytrap. even if an uploader regrets it after some minutes or the model convinced him that it was wrong... the video stays... the delete button is non-functional.

Alternatively you could find what the actual law is in the place they're located. Europe has DMCA similar legislation and actions. It isn't a DMCA, hence why I said "why should they ever act on one, dmca is nothing to do with them", but the EU does have legislation otherwise it'd be a haven of copyright infringement.... and it most certainly is not.

Who knows about the location it is now hosted, not my concern to go searching ;)

Still no luck taking down copyrighted material from [site name banned*9].com?

I'm in the same situation now, I want to remove a video file but the delete button doesn't work at all. When clicking 'delete' you get a message asking to 'contact support to remove the video' but they won't reply and they are ignoring my DMCA/EUCD Notice of Infringement.

How to check what is their hosting provider? Is it Novogara as mentioned by Eddiepolly? I may try to contact them directly.

Sneeqie-Google DMCA Dashboard-AmberCutieForum.png
That may help, thanks.
Hey guys, sorry I haven't posted in awhile. Below I will detail out how to go straight to the source (Google), and submit an easy form to get it down.

I have just been given this from a member of #GirlsOfTwitter promoter group I am a part of. It was so random, and it was like eye opening - because I have searched many times for Google take down stuff but it was just not showing up and apparently it's a less known tactic because Google usually - in a non-camming environment, denies takedown notices. The one advantage all cam girls have and Pornstars is you can easily label "Identify and describe the copyrighted work: *" part of the DMCA as Revenge Porn.

Reminder, this will not remove the actual content from the infringing websites, but it will remove it from Google so that you can allow all your positive ranking sites (Like Twitter, IG, etc etc) to rank higher. My suggestion is after doing this, sign up across some strong domain authority sites like Flickr.com, Slideshare.net, LinkedIn, etc etc - even if you are not active on them, setting them up and attaching your profile picture to these sites etc will rank high within 7-10 days, thus driving any negative content down in Google results.

With that being said, another relieving aspect of this is that most people don't search past the first 3 pages, so once you have enough quality content ranking from big sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, SlideShare, Flickr, etc etc. you will see. Even TheChive.com is a good ranking site, I will list a bunch of them - and once again, you don't have to be active on them outside of the first few days, post a few pics on each website and let it sit.

Now you have to think like a perv and search not just your keyword (model name) but things after it too. This site, SERPs, is linked with google and allows you to search for the first 100 sites ranking on a specific keyword. So after clearing up the first pages of google with your original keyword, go outside of it and do a search on SERPs for "____model name here___ Video", then one for "____model name here___ sex" , then "____model name here___ download" etc etc. Think like these ASSHOLE PIRATING PERV's and how they would search. Ok, moving forward.

SERPs Website: https://serps.com/tools/rank-checker/
This is what you should use instead of just using your browser, because your browser may not give up to date results when Google removes the pages unless you clear your web browser history daily, etc. Only fill in the keyword, don't mess with the other settings on SERPs before hitting enter as they are already set by default to grab the links according to the overall world - not just your country/area.

Now, I use chrome but you can manually copy and paste the links if you want, or you can use a Chrome Add-On Extension called "Cool SEO Tool" which is in the Google Play Store.

Next, be sure when filling out the DMCA stuff below that you use a SEPERATE E-Mail than anything else you use, literally make it something different. And when you file it first, don't put your REAL NAME or even your MODEL NAME in the First Name / Last Name section, just put a made up one, with a made up address far away from you. Google a far city and then Subway, and put the address to a Subway - being that this is revenge porn, you will NEVER be denied a DMCA from Google for any reason, so don't worry.

Google DMCA Link: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/dmca-dashboard
Now keep in mind it will take 7-10 to have them entirely out of results, but you will know within the first hour if your DMCA is approved. Make sure there is an actual video on the link you are putting in the DMCA form, not just a porn landing page with all kinds of irrelevant videos, Google will deny it as it's not specific to a video/picture/etc.

Fill out the form accordingly, and when you get to the part where it says "Identify and describe the copyrighted work: *" (The first box after putting FAKE PERSONAL DETAILS) just put this message in the box:

The infringing videos & video thumbnail images at the URL's below are from a private storage website I used that I only allowed people close to me & intimate with, see these. This is revenge porn, and the situation has caused me to lose faith in humanity and a substantial amount of frustration, anxiety, and depression because of all this nonsense people are trying to do to me. PLEASE HELP ME! Thank you!

This is GUARANTEED to get the content removed from Google search results. Since finding out about this, the attached screenshot will show you how many I've done in a short period of time. I WISH I had this for my friends that are cam girls WAY BACK.

[site name banned*9] is a SERIAL PIRATE in the cam community, so check there. Now if your video is on a website like PornHub.com, RedTube, XVideos, XNXX - then you can easily and have to go to their site and just email them the standard DMCA, they will remove it - Google knows they comply, so they don't accept DMCA through their system for these sites as they have an agreement in place of some sort so they don't want people circumventing the law just for convenience reasons (Being able to just throw a bunch of links into Google DMCA Dashboard instead of going and taking a minute to email those "Reputable" Porn sites.

In the next box, I just put the same website always because it's a private website where cam girls can host their videos free and secure (NikiSkyler promoted it)

The website is:
https://www.projectmaenad.com

No need to even sign up for an account there, just use it.

Now in the last box, you can just drop all the links that pertain to your stolen content. I even went as far as Google DMCA'ing the image links for thumbnails, which you would have to go to your actual browser, type the specific keyword and go to the images tab, then right click on any images that are yours and "Copy Link Address" and then past into the other tab you have open for Google's DMCA Dashboard.

That pretty much sums it up, once filed you can refresh your Google DMCA Dashboard main page, and it will be updated usually fast within the hour or two.

Good luck girls, DMCA the FUCK OUT OF THESE ASSHOLES and take back your lost revenue! I hope this helps because I know it did me. If you have any questions or issues, please feel free to reply or message me - I will be glad to assist you no problem. Cheers! ;D

PS- Keep in mind even I am not perfect, the "rejected URL's" tab with a few here in there from my screenshot are just duplicates I put or landing pages that didn't have exact content.

Can you give some specific example of this? Say that a model has three different screen names on three different webcam sites. You are suggesting that she sign up on these more credible sites using her webcam screen name?

Are you suggesting to use this same alias for every one of potentially hundreds of DMCA submissions? Why make this anonymous? Is Google publishing these requests in a public record?

Your post suggests another strategy to me. Someone could file a class action lawsuit against all major search engines asking them to remove ALL links to websites whose main business function is copyright theft. You could not get damages from a search engine for old infringements, but once they are notified of the economic damage going on, they might become responsible for future economic losses. They aren't going to risk that. They would just take those sites out of the search engine. In the long-run, that would be a better solution to the webcam community.

Google indeed publishes the names of people who requested a removal from their search index. An example:

https://transparencyreport.google.com/copyright/domains/[site name banned*12]

Click through the names and you will see the domains that these persons have made a delete request for. What you will also see is that chaturbate is very, very active in doing Google search removals. So for chaturbate broadcaster this is a good way too to do this via chaturbate.

https://transparencyreport.google.com/copyright/explore

It's mostly torrent sites and the focus is on music and movie copyright breaches. However after these it's indeed sites with material from camgirls. So music, movies and camgirls are the main focus of delete requests made to Google. And while the music and movie industry in general will be very, very active here, i'm sure there are many more camgirls who don't make requests to Google than camgirls who make requests to Google.

Yes, Google has removed some sites completely from their index. I believe Rapidgator was such a case but i'm not sure anymore.
