HottAlicia cries quite frequently, but what gets me is that she pretty much looks like she's about to burst into tears even when she's not lol.

I wish I could say I've never cried on cam, but that would be a lie. I cry really easily. I'm a very emotional person. I don't think I've ever watched an episode of Doctor Who without crying. And when my last boyfriend and I broke up I cried for 3 days straight, and I still had to work (woohoo for breakups at the end of the month!), so yeah, I cried. Only after hours and hours of trying to be all happy and stuff. I dunno, I'm not ashamed. I'm not embarrassed to cry in front of people..I mean, everybody cries sometimes. I try not to make a habit out of it though. And of course it only happens when I've been drinking. I'm a shitty camgirl, whatever. Only human.

I definitely have to agree, Rosemary's post is one of the funniest and all time classics in the history of ACF.

Just to clarify, this thread wasn't started because of models crying due to bad news or tragic events... It's about the woe is me self-pity party throwers because they're not getting enough tokens or nobody thinks they're pretty type nonsense on a semi-regular basis.

OMG, that is meme-worthy. It doesn't even need text. That cat's eyes are perfect haha.

And yeah, I agree that there is a difference between pity crying over tokens every night and having to deal with life shit, which is sometimes mostly just the shit part lol. Somebody (was it you?) said that a lot of models think of their regulars as their friends and let them in, I totally do that, the people in my room are in all the time, I see them more than my non-internet friends. Also, for why a model wouldn't simply just click out of the room, being emotional can impair your judgement as much as drugs. I guess my point is it's easy to judge a girl for crying on cam, but unless you are in her specific situation (which is pretty much impossible) all you are being is judgmental. Which is fine, everyone has their opinions, and that is mine.

Although a weird part of me wishes I could get a second account and make a new persona and cry every night and have that be my shtick, haha. I think a lot of guys like the damsel in distress, there are a lot of white knights on MFC...and it is all about what you silly guys want....

I will agree that it's a bad idea to cry on cam instead of just logging off real quick BUT everyone deals with emotions differently and lemme tell you, dancing your fucking ass off completely naked in order to entertain 300+ people (or whatever) only to have one 10 (.50 cents) token tip in an hour sucks! SUCKS! It seriously hurts to not make goals when our BODIES are on the line! Is it dumb to cry on cam? Yeah. Is it reasonable to cry because no one tips you when your dancing sexy and being naked? FUCK YES!
I know the fake criers you guys are talking about but what about the girl above? I dunno, when you keep logging on everyday because you have to and everyday you feel exposed and unappreciated (couldn't have chosen a better word really) the pain I'm sure can be overwhelming. I dunno, the description Jup used of what the above girl says when crying actually made me even sadder.

My post is coming from an emotional place but I'm not saying you all are wrong for being annoyed by the criers, I'm just suggesting another view point for you to consider. Maybe consider how she feels before jumping all over her. Why she feels hurt and imagine yourself in that situation. That was all.

Well I'm not annoyed by women crying, and I do feel sympathy - except when it becomes a nightly act it's hard not to be cynical towards it. Boce and I are talking about models who use the crying-for-sympathy-tips tactic nightly.

I started getting a bit teary-eyed once so I put my away image up and sat typing to the room until I could come back.

I don't mind crying in front of people, but when it's a personal thing I don't want to share it with a lot of people.

If I'm watching like I dunno, Toddlers and Tiaras, and I start crying because the ugly child won, that's different than if I start bawling because I'm overwhelmed by some personal trauma.
