Someone, who can help me with advice?

Hi

I have some sort of problem, with people that log in and out in a second on CB. In my log I noticed allot of people, that comes in and get out instantly, so I asked a random guy that tried to log in like six times, and he told me that he cannot play my stream. I have more then 40k followers and no matter what I do I can`t get anywhere for hours (reset modem, clear cache, updates, install new windows...). I had no problems before like this, I could at least climb up on pages.I have a feeling, that is something wrong with my room and some people can see me and others can`t. I also moved to a new location one week ago, before I had 500/100 mbps fiber, now I have 40/20 vdsl, but still, I had problems when with 100 upload also, I have I7 laptop and I`m sure my gear is not the problem. Any advice, or someone with the same problem?

Can you message some tech problems help e-mail from cb about this?

Mfc is usually fast and great with advice I hadn't thought of with tech problems.

meaning what? what shows on his screen? do you have a screencap?

I get one error on a fairly regular basis on CB: I enter a room, I see the cam, but that's it... it's stuck on that one frame. I refresh the page, and now it's stuck on a newer frame. I eventually get it working, but I'm not sure why it's fucked up. could that be what they're experiencing?

I was in contact with CB support about two weeks ago, I had to send them info from whatismybrowser.com for debug, traceroute, speedtest and thismachine.info. I got no answer from them, if they fix the problem or what. I forgot to mention that this guy was on tablet.
Uncoveredmanhole I think that is the problem yeah, that it stuck in one frame so people stop to bother and go elsewhere, they go in and they can`t play the stream. I haven`t had this problems before, really. I don`t know maybe the problem exist only on mobile devices, or I`m on some shity server, network bottleneck who knows, but it`s depresing when things don`t work like they should.

But that doesn't explain why it's suddenly happening with a bunch of members?

Hmm, you think that more people are on mobile devices or on desktop computers? Tough question right? Like there is allot of people that go in and out in a sec, it's not even a second, lol.

naa, it happens to me on my desktop, so it's not just mobiles.
no idea how often it happens to my broadcast, I just know it's not a rare occurrence when I go to other rooms (even just after camming...so you'd think flash/chrome is running smoothly)

Ok, yesterday was the same or even worse, masses of people loging in and out, I was trown out of my room and couldn't log in beacuse I was still in the room apparently, mods trown out of my room, one regular costumer which I thank him for saving my day, had to relog like ten times and then he switched to firefox and he had no problems, now I'm thinking if the problem exists in the browser. Have to try this one out, but firefox don't support lovense I think.

lovense have their own browser you can use.
I prefer Chrome, but I'd definitely go to that as a second choice.
someone even told me CB doesn't seem to run as well on FireFox, so Lovense or not, I'd try to avoid that.

I had lovense browser but the problem remains the same. Ok, so few days ago I had people in my room with allot of problems, my mods going on and off and other people also, thanks to my regular, that he had the patience and stick with me. He gave me arround 8000 tkns and he had to relog like ten times. Even when someone was tipping me with that amount of tkns, I had only 60 ppl in my room. Two days ago I contact the support about that and yesterday I had arround 550 people in my room, but guess what today at the same time, doing the same thing I can't manage more then 100. Looking at my log and people going in and out in less then a second. I was told that I have black screen, that play button turns from dark to bright gray and they cannot play my stream. I refreshed browser, modem and nothing has hanged. I just want to work normal and get this problem solved is that so much to ask. Btw, ty all.

Did you try if you can enter other broadcaster's rooms when your room was acting that way? CB sometimes has problems, mostly the whole site is affected then. I also read somewhere that cb uses amazon web services and their servers all over the world, so it's possible that one of these local servers acted weird. Meaning even when you can enter other rooms, people from other regions might not be able to enter your room or see your video stream.

Thanks for asking that question, I went to other random rooms. Out of 5 first rooms I entered, only one was working normal others had black screen, I could see the chat but not the stream, I had to refresh 4 times with the last one, so I could see the stream also.

So it was not your hardware, it was the site. This happens sometimes sadly. Yesterday cb was down for an hour.

Off-Topic: You said something about a log showing people coming and leaving. Do you mean in your chat window or is there a real log where you can check when you are offline? If so, I can't find it anywhere in my account.

No, it's not my hardware, because I didn't have those problems before and I have the same equipment. I have i7 laptop, with 40/20 net conected with cable and manage to get 35 fps, even before I moved, I had 500/100 on fibre and it was the same thing. Problems started this year in January and I did my part installed new windows, changing cables, call my net provider, new account... No I ment chat log, where you see users comming in and out. It doesen't make any sense, that last year I had allways on a bad day more then 200 ppl in my room, now I strugle to get more then 100 at the same time of day. Yesterday I had arround 550 ppl and today, I didn't manage to get more then 100 with less female pages. I contact the support and I got the generic message, how to earn more money with them tips. #facepalm
