Username is Francis Digby and I have been doing chaturbate since October.
Until my laptop is out of the repair shop I can only stream on my mobile
Since Monday the 5th of May I have been unable to do so. I log on and have -3 to 3 frames per second. Which I cannot stream with for obvious reasons.
I have cleared my cache.
Tried switching to chrome
Restarted my internet on both my modem and phone
Turned my phone on and off again
I have tried all of the troubleshooting techniques and nothing will work.
I’ve reported it to support but they are being very slow about getting back to me or fixing the issue
This happened last on st paddies day to me.
I don’t think support did anything as it only took 48hours to rectify itself and they got back to be asking if the issue had resolved itself.
It’s been 4 days now! And this is my only source of income and I’m beginning to get very upset about it. I don’t know what’s going on but the issue definitely lies with chaturbate.
