Hi, I joined chaturbate a few years ago now. I was inactive for over a year due to personal reasons. Since I have come back, I have a new legal name. My original payout method had expired, so I set one up with my new passport (new legal name). I tried to cash out and it got returned to my cb account, because my name did not match. I have contacted support 3 times and had no reply. I accidentally tried to cash out a second time whilst I was trying to figure out a way to rectify this issue. I have not had this second amount returned to my account yet, and support are not responding to me about my request to show them my ID to prove that I am ME, just with a different name. I do not know how I can show them my new ID without them responding, or how I can receive the money I have earned
