So my ID expires on 14th june , prior to that i thought it's best to reach out to support and get everything put in place before rhe expiration date , i had register my account with my ID issued from my country of resident (which i mostly use for everything) reached out to support to ask couple of questions if i could switch it for passport as that's the valid document i have availble whilst renewing my ID permit , I was assured multiple time this wouldn't be a problem using my Passport and i decided to go through with the proceess on 13th so i could streaming , only for me to try uploading my passport and it shows stripchat not available in your region .i reached out to support and the email i got was they have recieved my appeal and moderator is reviewing the issue and if the outcome is positive the account will be affected in 72hrs . It's more than 72hrs and no one has reached out yet . I'm bummed if you can provide any sort of help that will be highly appreciated
