Stripchat support takes days to reply

when you're in a crises and you're hacked and your email is changed and stripchat support takes there time to reply. This is so disheartening as a model who desperately needs help

She tried yesterday but since my email on my stripchat account is changed by the hacker she said i should contact Support But they haven't responded since yesterday. Already the hackers got my payment yesterday

Change your email password or use a different email. Run a virus scan on your computer to make sure you do not have malware.

They've stated they're working on it. In the mean time, stop making new threads about it here, and for sure be more careful in the future not to post your full real name in screenshots posted publicly (I deleted that from your other post). This detail makes me believe you need some lessons in Internet Safety/Security to avoid accounts being hacked again.
