STUDIO ACCOUNT SUDDEN BAN WITHOUT ANY RULE VIOLATION

Hello,everyone i am very new here. I have been linked to this platform Ambercutie forum by my friend who has been helped in the past.So here is the gist,i am new to the site Chartubate,i was trying to set up a studio account (candylust_studio), i sent an email for Chartubate to guide me on how to set a studio,since i am new,i have never worked with chartubate itself. They sent me link ,i follow the steps,after done,i tried to add a account of a model,but it kept saying invalid,i resorted back and wrote to thechartubate support team to resolve the matter. As I was waiting for the response,today i went to open the studio account,only to find out it is banned under unclear circumstances. Mind you i have not violated any rule and terms of services.It is such a terrific experience as new models. So i asked my friend who refered me to chartubate after narrating the whole ordeal,that is when she told me about this platform and punker barbie.
I dont know if you ever experienced same,...but i would really appreciate if @punker barbie intervened the matter and help me reinstate my studio account ,since i really need to be functional. I want to experience the chartubate site it has good reputation.

hello,@punker barbie thank you for intervention,support has responded promptly and earnestly and your customer servise is incredibly impressive. I have few take away, ...why is chartubate punishing me the mistake of the other party according to the email i have received. The person the site banned ,i dont him/her,to make it intriguing,they are not revealing the name of the person they claim is related to me. The support have overlooked my evidence regardless,the have not put into consideration i am new to the site,i have not had even started streaming the account has literally zero followers for God sake?...In my region rather the place i reside we use a public wifi installed by the owenr of the apartment,we live over 200 tenants,definitely we share same IP address which critical matter.But chartubate are assuming in one or the other without proof i am related the so called person as the have put it. I am very mature person 40year old. I have no busines sto engage in activities that go against chartubate policies. I just wanted to earn and put cam models under my studio which could have generated revenue to,the site. Right now 20 cam model gals have been left stranded and frustrated. In disbelief as you can imagine,put yourself in my shoe. These girls are jobless they were depending on me,to help them earn a living. Let me finish crying i will continue..........
