Studio requested release

Hi, the studio I'm with requested a release of my CB account to me 3 days ago (today is the 4th day), and I was wondering if there's usually an ETA on that. I don't have a ticket # as the studio requested it. Hoping CB staff could get it looked at and released back to me. minxtessarae on CB. Thank you.
