I am reaching out here because my Chaturbate account has been banned for 3 weeks, and I still have not received any reply from support despite sending three emails. I have waited patiently, but Chaturbate is my only source of income, and I really need help resolving this situation.
Here is what happened:
A member came into my room and asked how old I am. I clearly stated that I am 18 years old — and I have a screenshot of that conversation. After that, the same user asked me at what age I had my first interaction with a man. I answered 17.
I fully understand Chaturbate’s rules regarding underage content and that any mention or roleplay involving minors is strictly forbidden. I did not know that even talking about something that happened before turning 18 is not allowed under any circumstances. English is not my first language, and I may have been too direct without understanding the implications.
I would like, with all my heart, to have my account reviewed and unbanned. I am genuinely sorry for this mistake, and it will never happen again.
Please, if anyone from staff can help or guide me, I would really appreciate it.
