Hi @punker barbie , I need your support with CB refund for my 2 banned account (grosus910001 and ratchet611).

I did not realize that somehow my VISA card was declined/banned by CB and proceeded to make a payment on my account ratchet611.
As soon as my payment was complete, I was banned by the site.
So I (stupidly) created a new account grosus910001 and went through the process again just to get the account banned. Both payments are made on the same card.
Now I have 400 tokens stuck in each banned account and need your support to get the refund.

Hope to hear from you. Thank you and all the best

The payment was completed though. My accounts were banned only right after making the payments, so I don't think backcharging works.
You didn't answer the question.

Did you do a chargeback (meaning you contacted your bank/cc company) or not?

Oh, sorry I misunderstood chargeback as in the payment failed and the money was charged back to my account.

As in contacting the bank, I did not, is that possible/a solution since the payment was already made and my accounts already have tokens? Thanks.

Also it's a debit card, not a credit card.
