I am posting here because I haven't received a response from Chaturbate support, and I was hoping you might be able to help have my case reviewed.
My primary Chaturbate account is bananalizzy. At the time of the suspension, I was broadcasting as an authorized guest on the queenelia account.
About a week ago, my account was suspended for "Self Harm." I was genuinely shocked by this because I have never intentionally created or participated in any self-harm content, nor have I ever tried to violate Chaturbate's Community Guidelines.
The suspension happened during a normal weekday broadcast. Shortly before it occurred, I stepped away from the camera for approximately two minutes. When I returned, I later discovered that my account had been suspended. I still do not understand what may have been interpreted as a violation.
If any action or behavior during the stream was misunderstood or interpreted in a way I did not realize, I would sincerely appreciate clarification. I have always tried to follow the platform's rules in good faith, and I would never knowingly engage in prohibited content.
I have already submitted a support ticket, but after about a week I have not received any reply. I completely understand that the support team may be busy, but I would be very grateful if my case could receive a manual review.
Working on Chaturbate has been very important to me, and this suspension has also affected my ability to work as an approved guest broadcaster. I respect the platform and its policies, and if there was any misunderstanding, I would truly appreciate the opportunity to have it reviewed.
