Temporary band for broadcaster in my camera

Good morning @punker barbie last night. My account was temporarily banned because I had a guest sitting next to me. He is already verified on his account, but it still got my account band, my username :

I did send an email and went on my account and make sure he was verified. Will you please look into it for me? Thank you so much again.

He has to be added as a guest on your account AND you have to be added as a guest on his account before he can appear on your stream

I did try to add his name but it’s giving error message cannot add guest?
