Temporary Suspension on Stripchat - Appeal Help / Off-Platform Meeting Accusation (No Agreement on Site)

Hello everyone,

I’m a model on Stripchat and recently got a temporary suspension (1 month) for “organizing real-life meetings / off-platform shows”.
The ban came after a member sent me 10,000 tokens without any agreement, and I immediately blocked him everywhere (on Stripchat and Telegram). I have already appealed through support ticket ZZGY-0005182726 and they said tokens are safe and will be paid after the suspension ends, but I’d like to get the ban lifted earlier if possible.
Key facts from my side:
• On the Stripchat chat, I only asked clarifying questions: “what is it?”, “how much will you pay?”, “where are you from?”, “do you have TG to discuss?”. I never said “yes let’s meet”, “I agree to shoot porn”, or anything like that — no consent or arrangement on the platform at all.
• English is not my native language, so I asked many questions to understand what he really wanted (including “why do you want this?”).
• After he sent tokens without my final confirmation or any deal, I blocked him right away — no further discussion happened.
• In Telegram, it was only brief clarifying questions (like why he wants it), but nothing was confirmed, no plans made, and I stopped it immediately.
I attached screenshots of the full Stripchat chat to my appeal (showing only my questions, no agreement from me). Support recommended appealing, i’ve already done it but wanna ask here too.
Has anyone had success lifting a temporary ban for similar “off-platform” reasons? Especially when there’s no direct agreement in the site chat and quick block? Do Stripchat reps here sometimes help escalate or review?
Any advice on what to add to my follow-up ticket? Or should I wait?

Hi, I think it might not be in your best interest to get a second review or to escalate your case (if that's even possible). You should consider that a second review doesn't guarantee that the ban will be lifted sooner, but it does carry the risk of worsening your sanction, e.g. getting perma banned.

I honestly think you may have been lucky as it is, so taking the second chance just as they offered may be a good idea. Perhaps it wasn't your intention, but for an outside observer, it really doesn't look good what you wrote, at least what you showed us in your screenshots. Just my opinion, though.

If these screenshots are the evidence you will use to appeal, you should not even bother. It reads like you are providing an alternate contact to arrange a meeting with the tipper.

It doesn't matter whether you would follow through with meeting or not. You are role-playing as if you will. That's also against the rules, as they have no way to distinguish it.

I think you should just wait out the suspension.

I think many will share your opinion. I'm very surprised it wasn't a permanent ban. OP should patiently wait out the suspension and not want Support to review.

I suppose this confirms you're allowed to violate the TOS, get suspended, wait it out, and receive the tokens anyway.

Please understand that these policies are enforced consistently to protect both models and members, as well as the platform itself. For this reason, we’re not able to lift or reduce the suspension.

At this stage, there are no further escalation options available. We strongly encourage reviewing the platform rules to avoid more serious consequences in the future.

Hi Mayacool, I understand that you may have never had intentions on leaving the platform or meeting in person. However, the messages above say otherwise. When you continued your convrtsation with the viewer such as "so how much" suggests that your interested and was going to violate the rules. That's how the message appears to SC and myself. To prevent a suspention in the future, the next time a viewer requests a show outside the platform just simply tell them "We dont meet outside the platform" and leave it at that and if the viewer sends a large amount of tokens just refund them and ask them to leave. I would personally tell the viewer we do SC shows and he or she is welcome to tip us publically or take us into a private show and we can role play a porn show in a private show. If the viewer is not willing to play on SC they can leave.

Honestly in this case I'm surprised that it wasn't a permanent ban. Models have been for less. I realize you might not have meant it but the screenshots actually make your case worse instead of better so I'd just let the temporary ban time out and perhaps work on a secondary site in the mean time.
