The page won't let me convert my tokens to dollars

Hi @punker barbie , A while ago I received a notification that there were reports my streams were pre-recorded. It's worth noting that I only create live, legitimate content. I pressed the account restore button and everything is working normally, except now I can't convert my tokens to dollars.
