Hello, I hope I'm not overdoing things by posting here. My account name is Kaceyopal(YcDNbC)

I streamed for the first time a couple of days ago and since then my profile says that this person is ineligible to stream and i don't understand why. If anyone might be able to give some insight please and thank you :* Is it because the dog showed up for a bit?

I was also hoping to change the name of the account to SpaceyLacey...or lacy....or with numbers after.. Thanks

I don't understand why im illegible to stream now. I did 4 hours the other day and now it says that my upload did process but it totally has. I reached out to support days ago but havent heard anything.

I was also hoping to change my account name to match my name here SpaceyLacey with numbers if needed.
