When CB says that support can't assist any further it means they will not allow you to stream on their platform anymore. You as a person is permanently banned from CB
Time to move on and find another site to stream on

CB support gave you a final answer...
When they say they are unable to assist further, they are done. Time to move on to other sites and pay attention to the rules closely.
Trying to open new accounts will get banned instantly.
Continuing to start new threads about this same issue may get you banned here as well
