Just a general query for my understanding. What does this particular response mean when posted via Chaturbate support account; usually when a user states they have not received any initial contact from CB?

Just a general query for my understanding. What does this particular response mean when posted via Chaturbate support account; usually when a user states they have not received any initial contact from CB?
I’m unsure if @punker barbie will reply to confirm this, but it has always read as “CB support already replied to you in this ticket number on this date” and that the user probably isn’t going to get a reply beyond that.

The problem with seemingly most users is that they don’t accept the first response as final because 1. it didn’t explain WHY there was a ban, or 2. the auto response/canned text is not satisfying enough for them.

When you send an email to Chaturbate support you get an instant reply that says "we're aware you have a problem and we're going to get back to you eventually"

That's what the PB account is responding with -- you are in the queue and you will eventually be seen. It does not mean that you have been escalated or being treated differently because you somehow have a need above anyone else camming and "paying their bills."

Addressing the "typical" responses from the PB account; after an initial inquiry for support has been made, are usually one of the following...

Support has confirmed that they have received your email and is currently being looked into. We appreciate your patience. Support will get back to you as soon as possible.
I have confirmed that the support team has responded to your inquiry. Ticket ####

It's only after a user makes claim to have never received any response to their inquiry that the PB account will reply with...

Ticket ##### received a response on MM/DD/YYYY

To me, it seems this is posted to provide verification that the user has in fact received Chaturbate's response (counter to their claim of not receiving one) and has also replied to said response.

I'm just confused, if they both infer the same meaning then why the two very different responses?

When people say "I haven't gotten a response", punker replies with "ticket # received a response on xx date" seemingly so the user knows to check their emails from that date to find the reply. It's sort of a "yes you did, check here" comment. After that, I don't know how or why users are unable to find their support messages, but not everyone is the brightest bulb in the strand lol.

The reply that says support is unable to assist further means that the ban is final absolutely no matter what and won't reply anymore.
