About two months ago, my account was suspended because of a "potential safety concern". The suspension message instructed me to contact support.
I contacted Chaturbate support immediately through the official support form and have also sent follow-up emails. Unfortunately, I have only received automatic replies and no personal response for more than two months.
My account still contains tokens worth approximately €250, so I am very worried about losing access to them.
Could you please check if my support request is still being processed or if there is anything else I should do?
