Hello, I’ll describe the problem in as much detail as possible - maybe this will help.
I have a Studio account (tuz94) with models linked to it that automatically cash out tokens, and I also have one model account that isn’t linked. At the end of each period, I’ve been transferring tokens from that account for about a year now.
At the end of the period from June 1 to June 15, I transferred and cashed out tokens as usual and I received them as a payout. However, in addition to those, after the cashout, I discovered tokens that I hadn’t deposited myself. Just a small amount - 199 tokens. So I tried to cash them out or transfer them to anybody, but I got a message saying I couldn’t cash out that amount. I immediately contacted support (this was on June 16) to ask them to remove the mysterious tokens and unblock the feature.
To be honest, I completely forgot about this situation until the end of the current period. In the meantime, I transferred the tokens, but the cashout is still blocked. It turns out the message has been ignored for over half a month now; two new messages have also gone unanswered, and it looks like I’ll have to wait another half month.
