I cant cashout my tokens and support ignores me! Also i have this message:

Then i add the second ID and send the message to support "what do i must to do to take my payout?" and support didnt answer me more than 3 days! solve this problem, please!
They don't send me my money, they ignore me, and now I still can't transfer tokens to dollars! But i can to broadcast and earn tokens!
