Unable to send tip error, and no support feedback for days :(

Hi,

I got an error when i try to tip "Unable to send tip. Please contact support." since this Friday.
I send a mail to support then, but absolutely no feedback since... (usually, they are quite fast )

(ticket number is: 20299949 )

Any idea/support?

New users' posts sit in a moderation queue for my approval before they are visible to anyone.
