Hi @punker barbie . I deactivated my chaturbate account, I regretted it, I sent an email to recover it, and they gave me steps that I was not willing to follow. I decided to start an account from scratch (not multi-account because I deleted my account) and bought tokens, verified my age but it won't let me use them!! I'm tired of the same thing happening to me and not being able to solve the problem quickly. Maybe my mistake was creating the account with the same email as the previous account. Send a message to support, then change the email address of the account (it didn't work) and then I changed back to the original email. I hope you can help me soon
