Hello, my account badgirl_p, sweet_leen was restricted to tip even cashing out, i was told to provide documents an ID facing down and my username date and a name, which i did but they have not responded to my email since then, and my accounts still remains in the same state. Kindly assist.

And also this account was banned strongmanjo because of another account that was banned due to violations, i tried to send them an appeal email because am not the one who violated the guidelines but they never responded
