My account was previously suspended and later reinstated.
Since the reinstatement, I am unable to send tips. When attempting to tip, I receive the message:
“Unable to tip. Please contact support.”
I can still log in and purchase tokens without issues, so the problem appears to be limited specifically to tipping.
I contacted support and was told on April 19 that the issue had been resolved, but the problem is still present. I replied to that message and also submitted additional support requests via the support form every ~3weeks, but I have not received a resolution.
