Unable to tip or promote myself

Hello @punker barbie ! I am a model alitaangel_ on Chaturbate and since a few days ago I got unable to tip or promote myself or any other rooms. The problem is that means I can't get my tokens that I earned or help myself get visible on site. I made a ticket on official support's page but it's been a few days and still there is no reply or result. I don't get why I'm dealing with it and how long it will take.. Help me, please

Hi Alitaangel_, hope this helps. I understand you are anxious to get an answer, but keep in mind that tagging the rep or posting the same thing multiple times won't speed up the process. Also, it goes against the forum etiquette as it could be perceived as spam.

Since you already contacted support, you have to wait for their answer as they are the only ones that can actually solve your problem. The rep here will hopefully let you know when your case is being reviewed and when they finally issue you an answer.

You may want to read this just so you are sure you have contacted them successfully.

You mentioned that you cannot get the tokens that you earned. Is your ability to cash out also suspended or maybe you use to cash your tokens "through a friend"? If it is the latter I think that could be the situation that raised a flag and got them frozen.
