Unable to Transfer Tokens – Chaturbate Support Hasn’t Replied

I’m a Chaturbate model, and I’m hoping you can help me with an issue involving my account.


My username is Seravonndee.


I’m currently unable to transfer my tokens because I keep receiving a notification saying that I cannot transfer tokens. I contacted Chaturbate Support on September 9th, but I still haven’t received a response.


I received an email confirmation, but I didn’t receive a support ticket number.


This is really worrying me because Chaturbate is my main source of income. Is there any way you could help me get a response from Chaturbate Support?

I get this exact notification when I try to transfer my tokens: “Unable to cashout. Contact support if the problem continues.”


I also no longer have the Promo button, and I can’t send tips either.
