A friend of mine in Colombia (she is not on this forum), is having issues getting verified.
She's been with 2 or 3 studios over the last year and has finally made the step to be independent. She had no issues being verified via the studios.
Support are asking for a 2nd form of ID, like a passport or drivers licence (which she does not have)
The email does not say why the ID was not approved, but says a 2nd ID is required now. "Please provide an alternate form of ID besides the ID already submitted"
Is this simply a case of the original ID not being clear (which wasn't stated) or something else as it's not clear.
