Hi everyone,
I'm a long-time Indian model on Stripchat (5-6 years, around 140K followers, username: KSMRI_BHBHI) and my account was permanently suspended for "deliberate or planned scam" under Section 10 of the Terms. I believe it's a misunderstanding due to technical issues and unaddressed harassment, not any intent on my part. This is my only income source, and it's been devastating—looking for advice on strengthening my appeal or what to expect.
The issues started with network instability on mywebcamroom.com (the alternative site we have to use because of geo-blocks in India). Despite stable WiFi, I get frequent lag, drops, and disconnections during streams, especially ticket shows on mobile (Android 14, latest Chrome, no VPN). This led to incomplete shows and user complaints.
A viewer (username: Lakas0) sent abusive messages (something like encouraging others to report me falsely), which I reported (Case ID: TRMV-0002897561), but it was dismissed. I think this might have triggered or worsened the scam reports. I've always compensated affected users with public streams or refunds.
Evidence I have (attached blurred screenshots):
My record is clean otherwise—no prior violations. I've appealed via the official form (selected "Misinterpretation of Terms of Use/law") and emailed support with this info, but no response yet (it's been a day). Planning to follow up.
Has anyone dealt with similar tech-related bans on Stripchat? Did appeals work with evidence like this? Tips on escalating (e.g., to legal team) or preventing future issues (I'm upgrading my router and doing pre-stream tests)? Any other platforms to consider while waiting?
Thanks in advance—really appreciate the community's help!

Evidence I have (attached blurred screenshots):
- Ticket show errors showing disruptions mid-stream.
- Speed test results: Decent speeds (around 37/46 Mbps) but high ping (260 ms) and jitter (828 ms)—way too unstable for reliable streaming, as per Stripchat's own speedtest tool.
- Response from support (Darelse) asking for more details on a prior ticket, but the ban happened before I could reply.
