On September 9, I contacted support to request that my entire converted USD balance be returned to tokens on the same account. Support requested a verification photo, which I sent by replying directly to their email that day at 19:32, as displayed in my email.
Since sending the photo, I have not received any further update. On September 11, I submitted another request because I was concerned about the delay, but received only an automated acknowledgment.
Could you please help check the original request, confirm whether my photo was received and whether verification is complete, and ask the team to prioritize the reversal if possible?
